Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 or 7 large tart apples, peeled and cored
2 Tbsp. oleo
1 to 1 1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Thinly slice apples.
Melt oleo and pour over apples.
Combine dry ingredients and mix with apples.
Place in unbaked shell and top with upper crust.
Spread a small amount of milk on top crust and sprinkle with sugar.
Cut some place for air to escape and bake at 375\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
