Ham And Black-Eyed Peas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. dried black-eyed peas
1 (4 1/2 lb.) ham
1 medium onion
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 c. water
2 c. uncooked rice
Preparation

Soak peas overnight in water.
Drain.
Combine all ingredients, except rice, in 6 quart pressure cooker.
Secure lid. Cook at 15 pounds of pressure for 35 minutes.
Remove pressure, then remove lid.
Place ham on carving board, trim fat; slice.
