Pork Chop Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops (about 1-inch thick)
    4 medium potatoes, uncooked, peeled and thinly sliced
    1 c. water
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large skillet, brown chops.
    Drain on absorbent paper. In a buttered 2-quart oblong baking dish, arrange potatoes and chops.
    In a small bowl, combine water and soup mix.
    Pour over meat.
    Cover with foil and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes.
