Italian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken, cut in strips
    1 Tbsp. olive oil (or other oil is okay or vegetable cooking spray)
    1 green pepper, sliced
    1 medium onion, sliced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. rosemary
    1 small can black olives, sliced (optional)
Preparation
    In
    heavy skillet, saute green pepper, onion and garlic for 3 minutes.
    Add
    chicken
    and saute until no longer pink. Add tomatoes
    and
    seasonings.\tCook
    20
    to 30 minutes until chicken is\tcooked\tthrough.
    Sprinkle
    with olives and serve with pasta.
