Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 bananas
1/2 c. room temperature butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 Tbsp. buttermilk
3/4 c. nuts
Preparation

Cream with mixer or mash bananas to make 1 1/2 cups.
Set aside.
Cream together the butter, sugar and eggs.
Sift together the flour, salt, baking powder and soda.
Mix together alternately with buttermilk and bananas.
Fold in nuts.
Put into 2 small or 1 large bread pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean.
