Grilled Catfish - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 tsp. lemon pepper
1 tsp. white pepper
1 tsp. Creole seasoning
1 tsp. blackened fish seasoning
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 catfish fillets
cooking spray

Preparation

Combine the first 4 ingredients in a small bowl.
Sprinkle lemon juice and seasoning mixture over both sides of fish.
Spray wire fish basket with cooking spray.
Grill fish in covered grill over medium coals for 7 to 10 minutes per side or until the fish flakes easily.
Garnish with lemon.
