Tom Tiddle Gingerbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. molasses
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. cold coffee
4 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. allspice
3 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Place in mixing bowl the molasses, brown sugar and shortening. Mix together and add the remaining ingredients.
Beat to mix well.
Pour into greased and floured square cake pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Serve with whipped cream or lemon sauce.
