Sunday Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. raw rice
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
3 lb. cut-up frying chicken
3 celery ribs, chopped
3 carrots, chopped
butter or margarine
2 c. water
Preparation

Arrange rice in 9 x 13-inch pan and sprinkle soup over rice. Saute chicken in margarine until brown.
Arrange chicken on top of rice and soup.
Saute celery and carrot in margarine.
Sprinkle vegetables on chicken.
Pour water over entire mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour covered with foil.
