Barbecued Brisket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 lb. brisket
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 (3 1/2 oz.) bottle liquid smoke
salt and pepper
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. barbecue sauce
Preparation
-
Place brisket in seasoned (Pam) pan.
Sprinkle with seasonings and pour liquid smoke over brisket.
Cover pan with foil. Marinate overnight.
