Cream Corn Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. flour, sifted
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
1 c. cornmeal
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Mix together flour, cornmeal, baking powder, salt and sugar in large bowl.
Stir in milk, oil and eggs, stirring just until moistened.
Stir in creamed corn.
Pour into greased muffin pan, filling cups to the brim.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes or until puffed.
Let cool 1 minute before turning onto plate.
