Hamburger Over Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 or 2 lb. hamburger meat
    onion
    green pepper
    salt and pepper
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 cans milk
    rice
Preparation
    Brown hamburger meat, onion and green pepper.
    Drain.
    In a bowl, mix soup and milk together.
    Pour over meat; cook until soup is hot and thick enough for you.
    Serve over rice.
