Baked Crappie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    crappie
    salt
    pepper
    margarine, melted
    lemon juice
    cheese flavored crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Salt and pepper fish.
    Combine margarine and lemon juice.
    Dip fish in butter mixture, then roll in crushed crackers.
    Place on a foil-lined baking pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes, depending on size of fish.
