T'S Ham Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 slice ham (1/2-inch thick)
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    4 Tbsp. honey
Preparation
    Place slice of ham in shallow baking pan.
    Broil 15 minutes or until brown.
    Remove pan; turn ham and spread uncooked side with mixture of mustard and honey.
    Replace under low broiler heat for 10 minutes, watching closely so that it does not burn.
    Makes 4 servings.
