Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. crescent rolls
    1 large (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. salad dressing
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
    cauliflower
    broccoli
    green pepper
    tomato
    shredded cheese
Preparation
    Unroll crescent rolls on pan and bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Gently press, if puffy.
    Let cool.
    Stir together and then spread on crust the cream cheese, salad dressing, sour cream and Hidden Valley Ranch dressing.
