Bakery Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. shortening
    1/4 c. butter
    1 egg white
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 3/4 c. powdered sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Place all in bowl and beat with electric beater about 5 minutes or until light.
    Yields enough for a layer cake.
