Pork Chop 'N Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops, trimmed of fat
    1 can condensed cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt and pepper
    1 pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 can Durkee French fried onions
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in lightly greased skillet.
    Combine soup, milk, sour cream, salt and pepper.
    Stir in potatoes, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 can onions.
    Spoon into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Arrange pork chops over potatoes.
    Bake, covered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
    Top with remaining cheese and onions.
    Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes longer.
    Makes 6 servings.
