Potluck Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. melted margarine
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 1/2 c. corn flakes
2 c. grated sharp cheese
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation

Defrost potatoes; combine in a large bowl with butter, salt, pepper, onion, soup and cheese.
Blend thoroughly.
Put into a greased casserole dish.
Cover with crushed corn flakes and 1/2 cup margarine.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
