Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large eggs
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. water
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. butter
    1 (9-inch) pastry pie shell, baked
Preparation
    Separate eggs. Beat whites well and add 1/3 cup sugar. Beat yolks; add juice, water, sugar and butter. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thick (like pancake batter). Beat in 1/3 of egg whites with spoon. Pour into baked pie shell and cover with remainder of egg whites. Place in 425\u00b0 oven and bake until lightly brown on top.
