Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 quart dried bread
1/2 chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped celery (optional)
1 stick margarine melted
1 Tbsp poultry seasoning
1 tsp sage
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Preparation

Add chopped giblets, 3/4 to 1 cup broth.
Pour over all and mix well.
Bake 45 to 60 minutes with chicken or turkey.
