Crab Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 baking potatoes
1/2 c. butter (no substitute)
1/2 c. light cream
1 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. grated onion
1 c. sharp cheese, grated
1 (5 oz.) can crabmeat or fresh crabmeat
Tabasco sauce and pepper to taste
Preparation

Bake potatoes at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours until tender.
Cut in half (lengthwise).
Scoop out potatoes and whip with remaining ingredients.
Refill shells and reheat at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes. They will freeze nicely.
