Baked Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    2 c. chicken stock
    1 large baked potato, cubed
    grated cheese
    crumbled bacon
    chives
Preparation
    Make roux with butter and flour; add chicken stock and milk. Cook until thickened.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Add cubed potato.
    Serve garnished with cheese, bacon and chives.
