Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 c. oil
2 c. pumpkin
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. walnuts, chopped (optional)

Preparation

Blend together and bake in greased tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 5 minutes.
Good frosted with your favorite cream cheese frosting.
