Taco Chips Ole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    12 oz. can tomato sauce
    3/4 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    dash of cumin powder
    dash of oregano
    salt to taste
    1 1/4 c. Cheddar, grated
    4 c. lettuce, shredded
    2 medium tomatoes, chopped
    2 1/4 oz. can sliced ripe olives, drained
    salsa
    8 oz. stoneground taco or tortilla chips
    low-fat sour cream or yogurt
Preparation
    Brown the turkey and onion together in a large skillet.
    Add the next 6 ingredients and bring to a boil, then lower heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Put the remaining ingredients in bowls.
