Open-Face Crab Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. real mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    4 English muffins
    2 (7 oz.) cans crab meat, drained (may use tuna)
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Mix mayonnaise and mustard.
    Split muffins and toast.
    Spread with mayonnaise mixture.
    Mix the rest of the mayonnaise mix, crab and Worcestershire sauce; spread over muffins.
    Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of cheese.
    Broil about 3 inches from heat until cheese is melted.
