Cinnamon Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices home-style bread
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    grating of nutmeg
Preparation
    Toast bread slices; trim crust.
    Melt 3 tablespoons butter in a small skillet over low heat.
    Add cinnamon, confectioners sugar and if desired, a grating of nutmeg.
    Cook for about a minute after it bubbles, stirring constantly.
    Spread on one side of the toast and run under the broiler for about 30 seconds, until a glossy crust forms.
    Watch that toast doesn't burn.
