Vegetable Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. oleo
    1 pkg. frozen California vegetables (cauliflower, broccoli, carrots)
    1 c. Minute rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. cubed Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion in oleo; set aside.
    Mix vegetables, rice, soup and cheese.
    Add onion mixture and 1/2 can water.
    Put in casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
    Stir halfway through baking time.
