Turkey Meatballs(Diet) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped carrots
    1 c. tomato sauce
    3/4 tsp. rubbed sage
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    dash of poultry seasoning
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Combine all ingredients in a medium-size bowl and mix well.
    Shape into balls and place on a nonstick baking sheet.
    Bake 35 minutes until browned.
    Makes 4 servings.
