German Reuben Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. sauerkraut, drained
    1/2 lb. smoked sausage or kielbasa, sliced
    1/2 c. Thousand Island dressing
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    3/4 c. (3 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
    1/2 green pepper, sliced
Preparation
    Combine sauerkraut, sausage, dressing and parsley in a 10 x 6-inch glass dish. Cover and microwave on High 6 to 8 minutes. Sprinkle cheese and pepper over top and microwave on High 1 1/2 minutes.
