Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
1 qt. strawberries
1 c. water
1 baked pie shell
whipped topping
1/2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin

Preparation

Blend cornstarch and sugar; combine with water in saucepan. Cook until thick, about 3 to 5 minutes.
Remove from heat; add gelatin.
Allow to cool, but not completely cold.
