Easy Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. flour tortillas (taco size)
    1 (6 1/4 oz.) can chicken, drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup or chicken
    1 small can black olives, chopped
    1 small can mild green chilies
    4 oz. sour cream
    1 large can mild enchilada sauce
    8 oz. shredded Jack cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, combine chicken, soup, olives, green chilies and sour cream.
    Add 1/2 cup enchilada sauce.
    Mix thoroughly. Spread mixture evenly in each tortilla. Roll.
    Continue procedure with each tortilla.
    Place in baking dish.
    Cover with remaining enchilada sauce.
    Spread Jack cheese evenly over enchiladas.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until cheese is completely melted.
    Serve with refried beans and small salad.
