Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. cottage cheese
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. cornbread mix (Jiffy is good)
Preparation
    Cook
    and
    drain broccoli.
    Saute onion in butter until transparent.
    Combine
    broccoli,
    onion, eggs, cottage cheese, salt and cornbread mix.
    Pour into lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake
    at 375\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until golden brown.
    Cut into squares.
    Serves 12.
