Apple Blossom Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. chopped Golden Delicious apples
1 c. broken pecans
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Preparation

Beat the first 4 ingredients well.
Sift the dry ingredients 3 times and add to the first mixture.
Add the apples and pecans. Bake in a prepared 10-inch tube pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
