Ingredients

4 qt. okra
8 cloves garlic
1 1/2 c. white vinegar
1 c. water
3 Tbsp. salt
2 Tbsp. dill seed
2 Tbsp. mustard seed
1 Tbsp. crushed red pepper
Preparation

Put cloves of garlic in bottom of jars, then pack okra.
Bring to boil the vinegar, water and spices and pour over okra.
Seal jars and process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
