Minted Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. honey
2 tsp. fresh mint
5 or 6 carrots, cooked, sliced and drained or use baby carrots
Preparation

Heat butter, honey and mint in saucepan until butter melts. Add carrots and simmer for about 8 minutes until carrots are glazed.
