Turkey Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 small diced onion
    1 diced green pepper
    1 c. dried bread crumbs
    1/2 c. + Tbsp. tomato sauce
    2 egg whites
    1 c. diced mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Spray baking sheet lightly with vegetable oil.
    Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix by hand until well combined.
    Shape mixture into a loaf and place on baking sheet.
    Bake until firm to the touch, approximately 40 minutes.
    Cut into slices and serve with a mushroom gravy.
