Smothered Cajun Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut up
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. hot sauce
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. green pepper
    1/2 c. fresh parsley
    1 c. white wine
    1/2 c. water (more if needed)
    2 or 3 garlic cloves
Preparation
    Marinate chicken in soy sauce, salt and hot sauce for 2 or 3 hours.
    In a large skillet or Dutch oven, put oil, onion, pepper and garlic and saute until tender.
    Add parsley and white wine to chicken.
    Marinate and add water.
    Cover and cook slow 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until done.
