Pickled Okra - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. small okra
    10 pods hot pepper
    10 cloves garlic
    3/4 c. pickling salt
    8 c. vinegar
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Wash okra.
    Pack 1 pepper and 1 clove garlic in pint jar. Combine salt, vinegar and water; boil.
    Pour over okra.
    Wait 30 minutes; pour off.
    Reheat.
    Pour back in jars and seal.
    Makes 10 pints.
