Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. whole wheat flour
1 1/2 c. pure bran
2 Tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 c. buttermilk
1 egg white
2 Tbsp. melted corn oil margarine
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine flour, bran, honey, salt and soda; mix well.
Combine remaining ingredients to moisten.
Spoon into well-greased muffin pan, filling 2/3 full.
Bake 20 to 30 minutes.
Makes 2 dozen.
