Lemon Coconut Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. moist shredded coconut, chopped
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
    Beat in egg. Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with lemon juice and vanilla, mixing well after each addition.
    Chill dough.
