Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chopped squash
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 c. chopped onions
    12 to 15 Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook squash and onions together.
    Mash them up real good and add eggs, then add salt and pepper.
    Cook a few more minutes, then taste.
    Pour into a bowl.
    Add cheese, crushed crackers and mayonnaise.
    Mix together, then pour into a casserole dish and bake for 15 minutes at 300\u00b0.
