Ingredients

4 c. dried apples, cooked and mashed
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. apple pie spice
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Cook apples until done.
Drain well and mash.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Use biscuit or make own dough; roll out a small circle.
Fill with apples.
Fold over and press together with fork.
Fry in a large skillet.
