Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) cans cream-style corn
    1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
    1/3 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    6 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. chopped jalapenos
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    In a large bowl, beat the eggs, then add the milk, corn, oil, pimentos, onion, jalapeno, salt, garlic and cornmeal.
    Mix until well blended.
    Pour into a lightly greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake for 1 hour or until set at 350\u00b0.
    On removal from oven, sprinkle with 2 cups grated cheese.
