Salsa And Beef Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground chuck
1 large jar of salsa
1 12-oz. pkg. of shredded cheese, your favorite kind
1 can diced tomatoes
1 cup Minute Rice
1/2 onion, diced
Few drops of Tabasco sauce, optional
Preparation

Brown the ground chuck. Chop it into small pieces. After it is almost done, add diced onion and let them saute and add tabasco sauce if you want to.
Boil rice according to directions on box and add to meat along with salsa, undrained tomatoes and cheese and let simmer until cheese is melted. Save a little cheese to sprinkle on top.
Serve with corn chips to dip with.
