Dirty Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. lean ground pork
    1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    2 sticks margarine
    2 large onions, chopped fine
    cayenne to taste
    4 sticks celery, chopped fine
    2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
    1 can chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    6 c. uncooked rice
Preparation
    Melt 1 stick margarine in Dutch oven and fry meat until brown; add onions, celery and garlic.
    Stir and cook until soft.
    Add Worcestershire sauce, broth and 1 stick margarine.
    Stir well and bring to a boil.
    Season to taste.
    Add rice, 1/2 cup chopped green onion tops and 1/2 cup minced parsley that has been wilted in 1/4 stick margarine.
    Mix well and simmer for 2 hours.
