Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
4 eggs
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. lemon juice
4 Tbsp. grated lemon rind (optional)
Preparation

Sift sugar and flour.
Add eggs and mix well.
Add butter, milk, lemon juice and rind.
Beat with mixer until thoroughly blended.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake in moderately hot (375\u00b0) oven 35 to 45 minutes.
