Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. hamburger, browned
1 onion, chopped
2 c. diced tomatoes
1 c. mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. rice
shredded Cheddar cheese
10 to 12 green peppers, blanched
Preparation

Simmer hamburger, onion, tomatoes and mushrooms 15 to 30 minutes with bay leaf and garlic bulb. Add mushroom soup and rice. Simmer until rice is done, covered, 10 to 15 minutes. Stuff blanched green peppers. Add 1/4 cup water to bottom of casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0, covered, 45 minutes. Uncover and top with shredded cheese. Bake, uncovered, 5 to 10 minutes until cheese melts.
