Seasoned-Crumb Catfish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 skinned, pan-dressed catfish
    2 cups dry bread crumbs
    3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
    1/4 cup chopped parsley
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. basil
    3/4 cup melted margarine
Preparation
    Combine crumbs, cheese, parsley and spices.
    Dip fish in melted margarine. Roll in crumb mixture.
    Arrange in well-greased baking dish. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 375\u00b0. Yield:
    6 servings.
