Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 egg, beaten
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. crushed cornflakes
1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation

Mix everything together, but the soup.
Make patties.
Roll in flour and fry until brown.
Put in casserole and pour soup on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
