Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    margarine or butter
    1 c. graham cracker crumbs
    4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Grease a 9-inch spring-form pan with margarine.
    Dust with graham cracker crumbs.
    In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until soft.
    Beat in eggs, 1 cup sugar and vanilla.
    Pour into prepared pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Combine sour cream, 1/3 cup sugar and vanilla.
    Spread over top of baked cheesecake and return to oven for 15 minutes.
    Cool, then refrigerate to store.
