Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 7 Stayman apples
    1 c. sugar
    3 heaping Tbsp. instant clear gel
Preparation
    Peel and slice apples thin.
    Add sugar; stir thoroughly and let stand 15 minutes.
    Add 1 tablespoon instant clear gel at a time, stirring thoroughly after each addition.
    Pour immediately into pie crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 1 hour.
